The Founder's Journey

Nitin Pandey

Cofounder, GOGRO

Nitin's journey of 2 decades in child development & parenting revealed a critical window, that of early years of childhood, where development isn't just happening, it's accelerating. GOGRO is the physical manifestation of that insight. His purpose in life is to improve the quality of childhood and he's been relentless at it for 2 decades now. Nitin laid the cornerstone of preschools & early childhood way back in 2008, and led one of the largest preschool chain. He spent considerable time within preschools and interacted with parents on a day to day basis. He observed and listened carefully, and understood the gaps in early childhood & development. He then founded parentune in 2012, the first such community of verified parents. Nitin led the scale up of parentune to more than 5 million parents. Parentune went on to win the Wall Street Journal Global Showcase and has been featured by Google as an APP with Global potential. Nitin believes that stage-right and proactive play will support children to their developmental milestones and empower happy growth.

Anirudh Sharma

Anirudh’s journey of nearly two decades in global operations and supply chain taught him one thing above all: a great product only matters if it reaches people the right way, at the right time. At GOGRO, he brings that conviction to every family we serve. Anirudh began his career making things. Trained in textiles, he managed sourcing and production for global retailers like Marks & Spencer, Macy’s and Tommy Hilfiger, learning firsthand what quality takes at every step. He went on to spend over a decade at adidas, where he led a $500M eCommerce operations business across 18 emerging markets. Having built systems that delivered for millions of customers worldwide, Anirudh now channels that experience into GOGRO, ensuring every stage-right toy is crafted with care, made safely, and delivered seamlessly to the families who need it.

GoGro Happy Growth Circle

Every GOGRO toy and kit is not just designed by experts. It is tested, observed, and refined, one input at a time by the people who matter the most, parents and children, . Before any GOGRO kit reaches your hands, it goes through the GOGRO Happy Growth Circle, a circle of 50 parents, who put every GOGRO kit through its most important test: real life, real use, with their child. Here is how it works. Each parent member receives a GOGRO toy or kit matched to their child's developmental stage. They introduce it to their child, observe what happens, they watch their child, day after day, and share their observations, inputs & their child’s development with us. Every 15 days, each parent member shares detailed observations through a structured research questionnaire noting specific changes in their child's engagement, responses, and development. They also share a video of their child interacting with the kit, giving the Parentune team a direct, unfiltered window into how each GOGRO kit is effective in supporting a child’s development. It is from these real observations, from parents and children, that every GOGRO toy and kit is refined and purposed for stage-right development. The GOGRO Parents' Panel is at the heart of how GOGRO is built, ensuring that every GOGRO kit that reaches your child has already earned its place in one.
